There have been several ftp sites and www sites that have been brought to my attention as places that this guide is being obtained from that are completely out of date. This annoys the hell out of me because I constantly get mail from good intentioned people correcting things that were corrected 3 versions back.
For all those interested, the only ftp site that I guarantee has the most up to date version of this guide is beavis.cba.uiuc.edu. Further, I am trying to work out a deal with the web site at mtvoddities.viacom .com as to whether I can give this beast a home there...please do not use the web site at calvin.hsc.colorado.edu as they have drastically altered this document and stripped it of my proof of ownership--which is all that I've ever maintained must stay intact as far as copyright stuff goes. If you are the person maintaining/responsible for the calvin.hsc.colorado.edu web site please email me...I am interested in making an arrangement with you. As it says at the end of the document, everyone's free to do whatever with this thing--send it across the world--cool!--but please do not alter it as all it does is generate tons of email for me to sift through. If you enjoy this guide please help me by respecting these simple requests. Thanks
