I have over 37 hours of nonstop beavis and butt-head on tape for sale.
What follows is a moral argument for distributing episodes, followed by a detalied catalogue of every episode and every clip I have.
I know there's been a lot of talk as to the legality of copying video tapes. From the law, it seems one can record stuff and pass it on for a copying fee, but not actually SELL the EPISODES. Then let me make this point: In order to record 170 Beavis And butt-head's onto one tape, it takes months and months and months of tape switching, recording, re-run watching, and free time. It costs $2.50 per blank tape as well as a certain amount of money for shipping. If you label each tape, it takes some 20 minutes (about 1.75$ at minimum wage) to label the tapes. It also takes 16 hours of VCR wear-and-tear to copy tapes (8 hrs playing and 8 hrs recording to copy an 8-hour tape). So is not $12 per 8 nonstop hours a fair, legal price? If you agree, then read on. If not, please don't prosecute me. I'm going to graduate college this May and wont need ANY money soon. I'm not trying to rip off MTV. THEY DON'T SELL THE VIDEOS PART, they only sell the actual B&B part. I have stuff MTV can *NEVER* sell. HOW is that ripping them off, even for $12 a tape? Besides, when I had to do the Neilson Survey, I said I watched HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS of Beavis And Butt-head. I was lying! I wasn't even watching the TV then! I simply wanted to give a great show the ratings it deserved, and I had the chance to do this! I ALSO have The Fire Collection on tape, all the censored FIRE FIRE FIRE stuff that MTV would NEVER SELL. Anyway, if you think $12/8 hrs is fair for HIFI, STEREO recordings (BEAVIS in right speaker, BUTT-HEAD in left, it's awesome!), then read on:
