Oh, man. Mike Judge was on Letterman last night. It was hil-larious.
He talked about this guy who used to live next door to him in an apartment building in San Diego. When this guy was off his medication he'd get really happy and laugh _all the time_ (huh, huhuh, huh, huh, huh, cool, huh, huhuhuh, huh, huh).
One day Mike comes downstairs and this guys down there removing the back window from his "beautiful" (that's how Mike described it, I've owned one of the exact model and year, I beg to differ) '78 Nova. Mike ask what he's doing. Mike says in character (kinda a Butt-head-like voice), "Now it's like a truck."
Well, me, Letterman, and anyone else with apreaciation for the boys was dead on the floor. I couldn't stop laughing through the whole commercial break. I just kept saying it myself over and over in that voice, "Huh, huh, huh. Now it's like a truck, huh, huhuh, huh..."
Then they came back and showed the clip from the MTV music awards where Dave slaps Beavis upside the head. I had barely calmed down by then.
I can't wait to see a recording and watch that interview again. I'm laughing now just thinking about it... and then, like, I thought of something else...
