I think she died on ingesting Brine shrimp(by accident)

No, she probably didn't die from the shrimp as Chef said. They're pretty much harmless. My guess is she died of a heart attack while giving Macky oral.

I hope they resolve that before South Park finally gets the axe. I know it's a cool thing and all to just have it all up in the air (along with "where the hell was Kenny at - oh, I was over there" and others) but it would still be a pretty cool episode to find out what exactly happened. I could see an episode with Mackey going apeshit over the guilt or something.

Actually, the episodes are somewhat disjointed right there. Because the brine shrimp incident did occur before she died, but the end of the Prof. Caos episode she was seen as dead at the very end. This is kinda like the earlier episode of Jewbilee. Kyle comes up to Stan after his dealing with the Melvins at the meteor shower party and says "you won't believe what's happened to me..." but obviously that had happened before that but the story of Jewbilee wasn't told until the next episode. Oh well...

In "Simpsons Already Did It" Cartman gets his new sea people kit, and it comes with brine shrimp. Kyle proposes they pour some into Ms. Choksondik's coffee the next morning. Stan and Cartman agree. Next day, they show up at Ms. Choksondik's house after school to find the paramedics carting her body away. They think their brine shrimp killed her, as she drank from her coffee cup that morning. Cartman swears the boys, especially Tweek, to silence about this.

In "Professor Chaos" Ms. Choksondik leaves the classroom to look for Professor Chaos. She isn't seen again until the paramedics cart her body away at the end of the episode. "Simpsons Already Did It" implies, then, that she did drink the brine shrimp coffee the boys prepared for her. But that doesn't prove the shrimp killed her. Mr. Mackey's semen was found in her stomach, as she gave him head, but the news anchor said that didn't kill her either. The most likely cause of death is found in her name: she finally choked on Mr. Mackey's dick.
