It's a funny thing for a supposedly heterosexual woman to say. Some people question how hetero Hillary is.

We didn't get to hear the whole joke, so that's not the point. It it helps, imagine a heterosexual guy saying, "...and I don't even like cock." (On US TV, it's acceptable on adult-oriented shows on cable TV to say the medical term for genitals, but not as acceptable to say a slang for it. I think they wanted the line to be "...and I don't even like pussy," but that would not have made it past the censors, probably. Vagina, on the other hand, is hard to argue is offensive since it's just the name of an organ.
