The whole thing was just a put-on by Cartman, just to be able to "get you guys (somewhat)"...
But, Affleck seemed pretty satisfied after sleeping with the J-Lo hand. And Cartman acted like he just woke up to the whole thing, but really, he was awake and doing Ben Affleck all night? So, Cartman.... was doing.... and Affleck, was happy to ...
confusing, sickening, funny...
I've always got the impression that you shouldn't question a show as illogically funny as South Park haha. Let's just assume, like the doctor said that Cartman is completely insane.
