Dennis Miller Live-Opinions?

OK, I didn't really pay all that much attention to the posts here talking about Trey & Matt on Dennis Miller Live, but today I got home and my brother (who is named Kenny but still alive :), and is WAAAAAY too young to be watching the show but will probably be in tears for weeks if he couldn't) informed me it would be on tonight, I just HAD to see it. I mean, HAD to see it. It would be the first time I'd actually seen more than just a picture of Trey & Matt, and the first time I'd actually hear them, and it would be *live*. I was counting the hours like it was Cliffhanger Pt. 2. Anyway, the second it began I called Lindsay, the conversation went as thus:

Me: OK, Dennis Miller Live is on right now....<three second pause> and guess who is guest starring.

Lindsay: No!

Me: Yes!

Lindsay: NO!

Me: YES!

Anyway, I loved it. I mean, I was cheering through the entire thing. "The drawing are so cute, why do they have to say the 'F word'?" "Hey Matt, the drawings are so cute, should they stop saying the 'F word'?" "Ah, f*ck that." Hehe. I rolled. I loved their opinion of the fans' reaction to Cliffhanger. Who *does* give a f*ck who Cartman's father is? They're just so..so..*gifted* that they made us care! And they made us care enough to get so pissed off I was scrolling through 100 E-mails against the T&P eppie before it was even over. Dennis Miller messed up. Big time. 3 times, I mean *3 times*, he said 'Matt Stone and Trey Parker'. It's 'Trey Parker and Matt Stone'! EVERYONE knows it's 'Trey Parker and Matt Stone'! It's just a..a *law*! I guess it fit with the topic of rebels. Oh, and another error, the last picture he had shown, which had me both cracking up and shouting at him at the same time "You know, Kenny, short kid, wears a red parka, dies every episode.." And between spasms of hilarity I was shouting 'Orange! It's *orange*, damn you!' Or maybe it's red. I don't know. Anyway, I've posed my opinion, how about yours? <ducks vegetables and shouts of 'Get a life!'>

P.S. I've officially been given the nickname 'walking South Park dictionary' by another friend of mine. It's 'the best thing, the worst thing, and the weirdest thing about me'. Hmmm...

Well, like you, I just Had! but HAD! to see this interview so bad, that 2 hours before the show I convinced my parents to cancel Cinemax at their house and immediately switch over to HBO!! Now, if this isn't a sign of me needing some serious South Park therapy, then I don't know what is!

Oh, and me and my bro absolutely loved it! This is the second time I've seen an interview with T & M, the first being the one I found at CC's site where T & M do a live appearance in Aspen CO. I loved that they again adressed the April Fools joke, because I was one of the few viewers that actually GOT the joke, and like everyone, I was kinda dissapointed that they didn't show the ep that I was expecting ofcourse, but that did not stop me from enjoying the T & P spoof. Anywayz, when HBO does the repeat of the interview I'm gonna go ahead and tape it, cuz you never know when It might come in handy to have a copy for yourself. Cheerz all.
