Well, I got a reply today from them. Here is what they said:

Thank you for your co-operation in dealing with an Internet abuser. We are happy to inform you that Tiscali have taken appropriate measures to prevent the abuser from abusing the service in the future. Thanks again for bringing this matter to our attention.
Typical isn't it. Useless ISPs. I get spam from them too but its from Tiscali in Italy by the look of it. Perhaps they don't speak/read English. Have you tried translating your messageinto Italian first?
