This is something I think nobody really noticed yet, but it's something really weird:
In An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig, there are kids named Terrance (Mephesto) and Phillip ("Pip" Pirrup).
In Death, the TV show stars' names are Terrance and Phillip.
Coincidence? Maybe. Or maybe it's because in the credits there are people named Terrance (something) and Phillip (Stark).
