Where the hell does this come from? Is it just some random thing Trey and Matt had the character do/say, or is it taken from something?

I don't know the name of the episode but it was what the guy who ran the planetarium called it. Aparently he had a bone marrow problem that prevented him from saying the T in planetarium. In the same episode cartman became the spokschild for cheesy poofs.
