Another Kenny question for all you South Park buffs.
I know Kenney has only died a few times since his return at the end of season three.
However, we all know Kenny died in almost every other episode before that. So my question is: Which ones were he spared? The only one I can think of is the first Christmas episode. Are there any others?

Yeah! It's hard to tell because Elizabeth channels through Kenny's body, but we don't actually know that he is dead.
