Based on the trailer for next week with the bus sinking, I wonder if it will be a parody of the movie, "The Sweet Hereafter."

Sir, if making mutant animals spliced with humans is crazy...then...uhhh...hmm...oh. Nevermind.

I don't think so. In the Sweet hereafter, they just crash. Not that I've read the book or seen the movie (I don't even wanna!). Maybe they're gonna be parodying Titanic only with a bus.
