When the visitors are taking away Ike (no more kick the baby!), Kenny screams and pulls the straps on the hood to close it.

Now think of this:

Vampires can be only killed by two things:

Stake through the heart, or beheading.

other than those two things, vampires are supposed to be fearless. Kenny was afraid of the Visitors, but they did not pose any immediate threat to any vampires. therefore, kenny can't be a vampire.
