There have been posts in this this newsgroup confusing Leonard Malton for Jet Jaguar, from Godzilla vs. Megalon. He is supposed to be Ultraman! He is not created by Toho (the company that made the Godzilla films), but rather Ultraman was created by the same people who made those infernal Power Rangers. I just wanted to clear that up.
Leonard Maltin is Ultraman, dammit!

Actually, Ultraman was created by the late Eiji Tsuburaya, who did the sfx for most of the Godzilla films in the 50s and 60s. I think the Power Rangers are by another company, and are reportedly better in their original Japanese version before Saban starts changing the show.

Actually that was just the first season of Power Rangers. Every time they had a major series change (in Power Rangers), they started using a new season of the ranger saga (Japanese version).
