I was reading the ng the other day and I saw a post written by a certain "Joseph Cooper"...now...I've never seen him before (don't know...maybe you've been here and I just didn't notice) but, in any case, well, look at the name. Joseph Cooper....Jo Cooper...Trey's character in BASEketball. Plus, to add to it all, he sign's his name "-coop"! That was Trey's character's nickname!! Now, perhaps he's being witty, or perhaps, for there is always a 'perhaps', he is, in fact, Trey Parker! Now, as most of you know, there is a trio in this ng dedicated to dragging Trey Parker and Matt Stone out into the open...we are a small orginization, but we are not stupid! Fess up, "Joseph"! Ummm, calm down now. As much as many of us really wish "Joseph Cooper" is really Trey lurking in our humble little ng, you know as well as all of us that it can be anybody. So many skeptics...that was how our little leauge was formed, by the way. I called everyone skeptics, C.S. accused me and Lindsay of being Trey and Matt, we said to prove our innocence we would join in the fight to find them, and here we are today..(by the way, half of it is in jest, and the other half accomplishes nothing). Ah, memories of the days I was simply known as "Kim". But indeed, anyone can be Trey. Perhaps even you, Toni. You can trust no one, you know. So we indeed have license to question anyone we can..I've been known to question myself, just to make sure I was not Trey Parker in clever disguise..did I just say that out loud? Never mind..forget I said anything at all.

Our league is in jest, though Lindsay and I want to work on making it more of a humerous jest by actually doing something with it...an actual name, a theme song, a motto, a little more then 3 (now 4) members, and perhaps fanfics that have us as cameos..I'm having too much fun with this, I can't stop now!

Actually, in a Yahoo! article, Trey Parker tried to chat over on COMEDY CENTRAL's Palace Chat. He used the handle "treyparker" and again... everyone told him he was being a jerk, and made him get out. That's gotta suck!!

Incidentally, I know nobody cares about my current quota of Kenny stuff, but...
One small button with a head-and-shoulders shot of Kenny, one large button with Kenny peeking from behind his gravestone, the Many Deaths of Kenny poster, the 9" Kenny doll, and a bumper-sticker thing. I'm hoping for a Kenny shirt and a Kenny hat in the future.

I do have a few Kyle things--I just can't find a Kyle shirt anywhere (the one I found was the one with him saying "Kick Ass!" but my mom won't let me get that one--AARGH!!!!) The Kyle things I have include the 9" Kyle doll, little pin of Kyle, Kyle keychain, Kyle wind-up toy, and a keychain with Kyle on one side and all 4 on the other side. Wow, excellent collection you have there Kyle! I forgot to mention in my case I also have 1 big men's shirt and 1 women's shirt. But what I have severely pales in comparison to what you have. I guess I just don't want to go through that horrible New Kids on the Block phase again! I must have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on NKOTB stuff (of course, I can't compare SP and NKOTB). AAAAAHHHHH!!!! I'm getting flashbacks!!!! The horror, the horror.... -Toni
Why, thank you! :) Oh, yes, I remember the New Kids phase...at the time I was about 6 or 7 years old. *Everyone* in my class was absolutely psycho over them--it was the only thing they ever talked about (methinks I liked them too, but not obsessively--I had, like, a watch, a book, and a little picture--that's the only NKOTB merchandise I had) And, I won't have to worry about a phase like that--SP isn't a phase (I'm past the phase stuff--I used to go through phases, but for the past five years or so, whatever I picked up as an interest stayed).
NKOTB flashbacks are scary. And, I remember the Hanson Fever that went through my school a year ago--AAAHHHHHHH!!!!! And, Puff Daddy, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Backstreet Boys (yeah, I'm jumping from category to category here)--now, they're the obsessions of kids at my school. Except for me. I just basically do my own thing.

Cool! I love cheesy snacks too! Yeah, I hope you get your hands on some Cheesy Poofs soon. Me, I kept the box 'cause it looks cool and Kyle's pic is on the back. I wonder if they're going to bring other SP foods to real life, like Cookie Dings or Snacky Cakes, or if they're going to put out a little cookbook so we can make Powdered Donut Pancake Surprise or Chocolate Chicken Pot Pie right in our own home.
Hmm, I better check out Spencer's more often--bribe my parents with doing extra chores *shudder* if they'll take me.
Actually, I saw recipes for some of those things on a South Park website once, but I don't really think they're official recipes from Matt & Trey or Comedy Central or anything like that. I think they're people's interpretations on what those foods would be. I'll post the address if I can find it...I, too, think they should make an official SP cookbook--I think my mom would even like that, since she has a thing for cooking and baking stuff.
Hehe. I remember the Take That phase when I was six/seven! (I must add, I never liked them, but just about everyone else did!) I reckon NKOTB was even a bit before my time! I would have been about 4!
Take That wasn't really big over here in the US, as far as I know--I remember there was one song by them that was played constantly, but that's about it, unless I missed alot--at a certain point in my life, I was completely clueless when it came to music--I didn't listen to *anything* for a while there! <hits self on head> What was *wrong* with me?
And, even though I used to be crazy about NKOTB, I can't, for the life of me, remember any of their songs now!
You know, speaking of NKOTB, it's pretty late in time, but I did get to see Donnie Wahlberg up close this past Saturday. In my town there is currently a film festival. A film in which he acts was in the official competition, so him, another actor and the director were at the screening. I never, ever thought they would be there! I was just curious to see his film!! They actually hung around till the end, because we saw them outside the theater when we were leaving. It was the last screening, so maybe that's why they hung around, but I thought it was kinda cool. By the way, Mr Wahlberg, like his brother, is a pretty good actor! It was just so weird if you think that in the middle of the NKOTB phase, he would have been SURROUNDED by girls, but now, there were only a couple people I saw go talk to him and congratulate them in a civilized manner. A couple of people took pictures. I, unfortunately, was too chickenshit to go at least shake his hand. *sigh*

Wow! Nice collection! I have err. the episodes! WHY THE F**K wont your mum let you get that T-Shirt? I mean it's hardly the worst thing that they could have put on the T-Shirt! You hear that kind of thing on the episodes anyway! I say you should kick her in the nuts, and say, 'Eh why dont you go and knit me a sweater or something'.
Hmm, you know, I wonder if that would actually work! Did anyone ever try to get rid of an itch by rubbing a cat on your face? (I'd try, but our cats were given new homes when my brother developed a hideous allergy to them a few years ago--now we have a poodle, but I doubt poodles would be as effective in relieving itches! ;)

I just read an online interview with Trey where he said he went into Palace Chat on Comedy Central's site as "TreyParker" and not one person believed him, just like the David Duchovny thing. Plus, they (Matt said so at least) check into Beef-cake.com once a week and Trey has posted there for sure.
