foreign language translations on SP

If anyone out there speaks german and can translate whatever the hell it is Hitler and Cartman are saying in "Pink Eye" I'll buy you an orange smoothy. Also, were those russian MIR subtitles correct? Was that even really russian? Shtool. I know I've seen spanish on the blackboard in Mr. Garrison's class to the effect of "Chupe mis chi chis" which my rusty high school spanish translates to "suck my big tits." Sorry if I missed the boat on this one in an earlier discussion.

No, that was not real Russian they were speaking, I read on some webpage that some Russian guy said that it wasn't really Russian.

My German is rusty (with a capital rust), but I'd guess this means something like:

Do you know what Hitler(and Cartman fatasizing about being Hitler) was saying on that educational video part of Pinkeye?

That's what I really love about SP, much of the humor is subtle and you have to really pay attention to even see the jokes.
