The lady was Martha Stewart and you missed the joke completely. Martha Stewart hosts many arts/crafts/cooking/homemaking programs and controls a large financial empire. For the last few weeks she has been under investigation for possible insider trading stock sale violations. The FBI agents wanted to question her about that.

I had to look it up on the net afterwards. I recognised the name Martha Stewart, but her story hasn't got any coverage over (UK) here at all that I've seen. I could still laugh because of her hasty reaction :)

The really impressive thing is how they managed to produce this episode and base it on topics that had just occured in the last two weeks...Martha Stewart, the Catholic thing, and the Pledge of Allegiance. Usually cartoons can't tackle current events because the production time is so long. But South Park's technology makes it possible to be very up to date.

The most amazing one was when they re-wrote and re-animated the ending to the Romanian quintuplets episode three DAYS before it aired. The commercials from the previous week showed a different ending (I don't remember what it was) but then the FBI raided Elian Gonzalez's family's home, and Matt and Trey re-did the ending to parody that.

That's because they're notorious procrastinators. This is probably the only good thing about their bad habit.
