If Kenny doesn't die in the very special Christmas episode, what happens in the next episode? Will there be two Kennys? Will both of them die? Should Kenny continue dying as a form of Kenny population control? Will Kenny buildup continue until the series simply explodes?

considering that Kenny did die "twice" in the Halloween episode, the Kenny died quotient was exceeded by one death per episode, as per, Kenny must die once per episode. Therefore, Kenny not dying in the Christmas South Park ed balanced the quotient back to 1:1.
