how old?

how old is this news group? does any one know how to save flash wave sp clips?

I had to have this explained to me too. Just right-click on the link and select "Save Target As...". Don't left-click on the link.

ObAttemptAtOnTopic: All this talk of Mecha-Streisand inspired me to go and rent an old movie of hers, "On A Clear Day You Can See Forever," despite the fact that I know how much Matt & Trey hate her, but I should have taken their advice more seriously...the tape was blank, beginning to end. I rented a blank tape. Needless to say, I demanded and got store credit on it.

Too bad I can't rent "Orgazmo" yet...not that they'd carry it...maybe I'll rent BASEketball...I tried to get the store to give me their copy of the BASEketball poster, but apparently the owner's granddaughter has dibs on it...Trey's knees look really veinous/tendony in that poster anyway...but at least Jenny McCarthy's not in the middle of them, like on the damn movie box...

I'm not entirely sure of when my first post was, is Dejanews the only way to find out? I've looked in my own mailroom in Turnpike (my mail program and the earliest message it kept that I posted to this group was 15/08/98 (08/15/98 for you yanks) but that was my second (third?) 'fic that I posted on the group so I will have been on for a bit before that. DAMN it! This is bugging me now. I'm gonna have to look on Deja News soon!
