Gotta be more than that. In fact, the very first ep (Anal Probe) had the "learned something" speech.

In "Starvin Marvin in Space" Stan ends the show with a big rant, and at the begining he goes "I learned something today."

And, of course, the tooth fairy ep, where Kyle learns that he doesn't exist.
