Is this show supposed to be back for another season? I like it better than the Simpsons.

It will return in Summer 2001. Personally, comparing "The Simpsons" ans "Family Guy" is like comparing apples and oranges (i.e. different types of satires). Ja ne!

It's a summer replacement series, so when all their other crap most certainly fails, they can revert back to good things.

You're weirding me out. I see the name "Bender" so when I read the post, in my head it comes in sounding like Bender's voice. And that's just strange. I'll bet there's a copyright infringement of some sort in there.
When I think of Bender, I think of only one thing, "Bite my shiny metal ass".
