message to those who found the episode unfunny

You people obviously have no idea what South Park is all aboot. After all, calling the episode irreverent would be an understatement. Cannibalism and hermaphrodites!!! What's not funny about that? Stop analyzing how bad it was just because the father is not who you or just about anybody else expected. Did you people really think the alien was that obscure in references? I thought that the presence of the alien was TOO obvious. Even though i thought kenny's death was a little bland, I thought it was great how he just re-emerged complete with "ressurection" music.(listen for it)I laughed numerous times. What about when the doctor is operating on the pateint with the armless nurse. "whoops! his head fell off" Furthermore don't plan on the who is cartman's mother episode. It ain't gonna happen.

I have something to say :-)
	I think that It wouldn't of been good if there was a true father revealed.
It would kind of distort the way we look at that character in there own
funny way. Although, with that said, could they not of been clever with the
whole idea. I think this show wasn't really worth the wait. Especially
after being fooled by the Not Without My Anus HBC special. I think they
should have waited till May 20 or whatever it was to show this episode.
They could have made it more clever with the father area of the show. YA
KNOW THE DAMN POINT OF THE WHOLE THING!
	Never the less I found parts clever such as the Kenny resurection. I also
liked how Cartman refused to let that song go unfinished.  Lastly I agree
with below, it was funny that the South Park community trapped in the T.V.
station didn't last 12 hours without going cannibalistic... To add to the
final comment made below I don't belive there will be a Cartman's mother
revealed episode. :-P

Yes I agree with this post. Indeed it was funny and as far as being shafted on the nature of Cartman's dad, how could you not see it coming? And how about the "sailing away" bit? How random and funny was that? And I do think that this episode was very much synonymous with what South Park is all about.

South Park has once again succeeded in breaking all the rules of standard television while making fun of itself at the same time. Who will they make fun of next? Will it be Monica Lewinsky? The Queen of England? You? "This is really starting to piss me off!" - Cartman.
