Watched Kyle's Big Wheel go over the cliff and said to yourselves "It's gonna hit the ground and explode"?

"Cartoon Wars" was excellent on so many levels it's impossible to point to all of them.

And yet so many people continue on bitching about how weak it was...

I personally loved every single second of this ep, from the very beginning, when it was reminded that the boys are still children, to the very end of the "Next week on 'South Park'" preview.

I only hope that they won't piss me off in a "Not Without My Anus"-like way, if you know what I mean. Discontinued cliffhangers may be, and are funny for the first, second and third time, but when violent cuts on the plot become a rule, it's no less than purely irritating.

I believe Comedy Central will just puss out and not show part II

I'm hoping they go balls to the wall and show rerun 5.03 "The Super Best Friends" Mohammed, the Muslim prophet with the powers of flame, would be proud (though his followers would be Super Pissed Off - but isn't that the whole point?)

I thought it started off a bit slow, but from the team-up in front of Cartman's house to the end it was brillant and paid off the slow set up. Great ep, and I hope that it really is continued next week.

The real question should be "how many people DIDN'T think it was going to explode?" I liked the little pause there before it did, though.

When I first watched this ep I was drinking with a friend of mine. I thought it was the weakest SP *ever*. Then last night I caught the rerun sober and liked it. The best parts of the whole episode were Randy's way-over-the-top reactions to everything. Those went right over my head when I was drunk.

Still, I don't think it was the best episode ever. I respect the hell out of Trey and Matt for even attempting that story, but it was a little short on laughs for me. I'm hoping there really is a Part II that follows through because it looked awesome in the preview at the end.

I know one thing, the way Gerald Broflovski was winging that bat at the tv, he must be some sort of Jedi.

ME ME ME!!! Actually...I would have been very surprized if that hadn't happened.

Forgive my ignorance but what was it referring to? I know lots of ideas and scenes are taken from movies and such, but I don't know where the Big Wheel reference comes from. All I know is I almost asphyxiated when the bike exploded...
