Absolutely. And I was tickled by his 'requests' for macaroni art, popcorn strings and bean shakers.
Although I think the whole "Bear steals the Squirts" subplot could have ended a little better. I mean, a bear wanting to gather the kids to help celebrate her cub's birthday?
Even still, this was the best of the three in the "Meteor Shower Trilogy".
