What's the joke/reference?

I think you would mentally pronounce it "jo mama" or "yo mama", which is a minor insult American black people like to use. I think it has to do something with the "dirty dozens" routine, where one black insults the other black's mother by saying something like "Yo mama is so fat, that when your daddy wants to have sex he has to roll her in flour and aim for the wet spot!"
