On the left I spotted caricatures of Solomon Grundy and Dr. Octopus ( another Marvel interloper ). But there was this thin guy to the right of Kim Jong-Il that I didn't recognize. Short hair, pointed beard. Anyone recognize him?

From comparing the images at the Studios with freezeframes of the episode, it looks like you're right.
It also looks like it has all the makings for a Superbestfriends vs. Legion of Doom showdown.
I also saw what looked like Saddam's son Uday among them, though he was sitting next to Kim instead of dear old Dad. Or was that supposed to be some other Mid-East dictator that I don't know about?
