They do update it as soon as an episode is aired, up to 317 now, if you're not seeing the complete aired episode list in the download section, try flushing your browser's cache and hitting reload.

I did the same thing, and found it just as yuu said. But then I clicked on Downloads, selected the South Park folder, and beheld three panels with the episode names listed on them. They are up-to-date.
