Maybe this has already been discussed: The ads for the Chef Aid episode feature Cartman singing a song (not the German dance song -- something like "in your case I'll make an exception") -- but this sequence never appears in the actual Chef Aid episode. Does anyone have any idea what this is about?

Cartman's singing of "Stinky Britches" was very different at first. When they made the promo, they made it with the first version of Stinky Britches (which I felt was much funnier). In that promo, he's singin' "I don't normally like Stinky Britches, but in your case I'll make an exception!"
