South Park Site Making Money?

A friend of mine in Ohio said he saw a clip on the news about a kid making $.10 a hit off of his South Park site. I told him that if the kid was making money - he would get yanked off pretty quick by Comedy Central unless he was actually working for them, otherwise it was illegal. Any clue who's site this is? Just wondering...
