The Voices of Cartman, Stan, Kylie and Kenny?

Who are the people behind the voices of Cartman, Stan, Kylie and Kenny?

Are they children or adults, and do they use a woman like they do for the voice of Bart Simpson? I ask this because they seem to have such high pitched voices.

Matt Stone does the voices of Kyle and Kenny while Trey Parker does the voices of Cartman and Stan.

Right. That was secretly my point, but because I didn't go into specifics like "originally, it was a two year old little girl, but then they decided to use a sound engineer's son later on (supposing they ran out of the girl's material)" people just decided that I was trying to point to a little kid with both sex organs.
