If I can't name the entire "Cycling Tour" episode as the best moment, then I pick the sight of the giant blancmange dessert playing tennis in that episode. Only saw that once, YEARS ago and still can't forget it.

Actually, I think he cut off both the Knight's arms and legs, and the Knight was still threatening him as the King Arthur hopped away on his invisible horse. I just rented "The Holy Grail" and I'm pretty sure that's how it goes. But I was just about to mention that one as one of my favourites as well!
