Kenny didn't die

Actually, he never died. When lightning strikes a person, that person is rendered unconscious and their body functions are suspended, so to speak, and can be revived if given immediate attention (CPR) or otherwise the person will die.

     No, no, no.  It got so boring in the second season that Kenny died in
every ep.  You knew he was going to die, and in a lot of eps they just stuck
his death in without it having to do with the story.  Now when Kenny dies I go
"eh..."  I think it would be cooler if Kenny died in only some of the eps.  In
every ep something should try to kill Kenny, but he'd survive sometimes.  It
would be totally random when he dies or not.
     And did Kenny really survive in "Rainforest..."?  I didn't see him
anywhere in the chorus.  Maybe he died after all.
