Jean-Yves Rochambeaux (1889-1920)

I had to dig for this, but it seems that Jean-Yves Rochambeaux
was the last person (in France) to actually die from being
castrated. His death was due to 'early castration methods'.
   In France, amongst the older generation, the name
Rochambeaux has actually become a verb. ie-
'Je Rochambeaux' ('I'll kick you in the nuts'). It is also
common for the French to use the term 'Le Roche' meaning
'the testicles'.
    You learn something every day. I just made this up.
