Okay, the best way to get rid of trolls is to not respond to them, not talk about them, not e-mail them, and just completely ignore them. Don't post messages to other people about trolls on the NG, because ANY message they can read about themselves, or trolls in general, just encourages them to post more. This is why we have so many trolls posting here, because people keep talking about them. If you have to talk about them, then e-mail the person you want to talk to, unless this person is a troll.
