Like he'd know who Kamehameha or the Bradys are? I think "giga mega mega" is more probable, they are prefixes that have been extremely overused in the American consumer society (ie. giga pets and megatron ... nonsense words). Now if he used tera, pico, or femto, I'd be a bit doubtful ...

true, but the way I figure is that cartman's mind is filled with useless crap(ie. how to say fuck the right way three times in one sentence) so he would have knowledge of what "Kamehameha" means. Another way to insult someone, hell, he's always looking for that.
