If you listen to the song you can plainly hear that it isn't "King Kong Mega Mega". There is no ng sound after the second K, and there are no g sounds after the M's. Sure Cartman doesn't always speak clearly, but we know how he says the word "mega" from "Damien" (the blue mega man, the yellow mega man, etc.) I'd have to agree that it sounds a lot more like King Kamehameha to me.
