Yes you would recognize him because he would speak clearly and you would understand what he was saying. Your point is valid though it does make it easier to recognize them, besides just how many years are they going to remain 8 years old? Finally, Cartman has changed his clothes, remember when he wore that Beefcake shirt in Weight Gain 4000?
