What's up with that Alex kid? Who the heck is he??? Did he win some contest so he got to be on the show as a guest star? The SARS-infected blankets scene was halarious. And I liked how the role of the 'white men' and the Indians, er, I mean the Native Americans was reversed from the old days. Great irony...

He did not win a contest. What happend was a few months ago Elton John had an AIDS benefit. Matt and Trey auctioned off a "guest voice" appearance to raise money for the AIDS benefit. So it wasn't a contest, it was a guest appearance by the person who won the auction.
