How about one where Kenny gets tired of his parka and spends the day without it. During the day he walks around, like normal, but everyone else now knows what he's been saying all along. In the episode half of what he says is beeped followed by disgusted looks by everyone except Stan, Kyle and Cartman (who are used to Kenny's perversion). In the end the mayor passes a law which makes Kenny wear his parka while in public.
