I think in South Park "cartoon" physics, the use of locations are very unlimited, and are easily traveled. Such as Mr. Macky's trip to India in #203, Mrs, Brosfloski's march to New York in #106, and Cartman's unfortunate mix-up in Eithopia in #109. It makes sence that traveleing in the South Park World is twice that of ours. That's why it takes at least a day to go to China. Although, this probably won't explain how Mrs. Crabtree manage to get her schoolbus over their in the first place. Blind faith I guess!
