What are the lyrics sung quietly by Suddam Hussein at the end of "I Can Change"? I played it over and over but I can't make it out.

Absoultely nothing. He goes 'dah de dee dah, de dah, de dah dah..' and then progresses to the 'Ohhhhh Satan!'
