There should be other files out there that are mpg's. They are way bigger size-wise in comparison though. About twice as big. Good-quality .mpg = ~ 450 megs. Good-quality .rm & Good-quality .avi = ~ 200 megs.

I once worked with a guy who wrote the DEC VMS math runtime library. He said that his routines were within 0.5 bit of accuracy. One day, a new guy came in and made a faster set of routines. Their accuracy was way off, to put it mildly, but they were faster.

He suggested he could make a set that was even faster! They'd always return the same answer, but they'd be *amazingly* fast. That's how I see RM files: fast, but useless.

MPGs are 6 times the size of RM files, so, given the same bandwidth, only 1/6 as many people would have it on Thursday. Bit look around at the torrents in BitTorrent and you can find season 7 MPGs there.

South park and most other cartoons are actually funny. doesn't matter how small the file size so long as you can hear it you can get 90% of the jokes. agreed it looks crappy, but 50mb divx/rm is good enough for me.
