Does anyone like the Jakovosaurs episode

I hate it...it is the only episode that I have ever hated...does anyone else hate it? I thought it was completely stupid

I don't know if I'm reading too much into that episode, but I think Trey & Matt did that on *purpose* to make a point. They tried to come up with the stupidest thing they could, and use it to basically show how they felt about the Star Wars movie. It is very possible that they set out with that purpose in mind, and it is also possible that I overanalyzed (don't I always?) but it *would* be very much so like them to do that, considering it is making a point about the hysteria of the movie and what it boiled down to for them.

And if that is the case, then they really did achieve their purpose with that episode because not many people like it.

You can see logic in Parker's and Stone's madness if you consider that later in another episode Cartman also played "Wild Wild West" (which probably is one of the lousiest movies in recent years).

BTW, I liked Jakovasaurus episode quite a bit. There are much worse episodes, like the one with "meteor shower party." It could have been more effective at the time of that cult incident in Waco, but now years later there just wasn't much thought beyond the 2D-clip art animation.

I hated it the first time I watched it, but it kind of grew on me, as I taped it, and have watched it several times since then. I found Cartman's enamoration with the annoying creatures to be rather funny, and the parody of the Jackovosaurs as a sitcom on Comedy Central was rather funny as well.

There are some episodes that I could live without seeing, but the only episode that I truly hated is Craig Vs. Tweek. I never saw the T & P episode, but I'm sure I would have hated that too, because I can't stand those Canadian bastards.

I was pretty much wishing Jimbo and Ned would shoot them and put them out of our misery.....about 10 minutes into the episode.

However, I did find it funny that Officer Barbrady actually turned out to be smarter then them.

I liked the fact that it made fun of Jar Jar Binks and the people that liked the Jar Jar charcater.... althought the Jakovosauruses are REALLY annoying to watch.
