What the HELL are you supposed to be?

Is it not great that in the show the actual characters are simpathetic to the audience's not-so-burning need to have answers to some questions regarding the show?

It's as if Chef *knew* that I was wondering what that little emoticon was!

One of the funniest things in SP isn't necessarily the quotes, but the silence. It adds to the effect. Examples: The first episode right after Cartman did his little "I love to sing-a" song. Silence for about 5 seconds, followed by "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?" It was so awesome. Then Chef gets on the mike and is about to give his little speech when he looks down at the little guy and stares at him. Then, "What the hell are you supposed to be?!" It's classic.

I've always wondered what that guy was too. I think it's a genetic copy of the genetic engineer guy...but, really messed up looking. =)

they should do a spoof of a movie people have actually seen... wasn't 'the island of Dr. Moreau' one of the hugest money-losers of all-time?
