Also, this whole thing retcons those seasons where Kenny WAS dead, and in at least one episode, his being dead was an important plot point (the one with the candy store raffle ticket and Cartman thinking Kenny's ashes were some chocolate milk drink mix).

One question though, if as we just saw NOBODY ELSE knows that Kenny keeps dying and coming back, how come in the past one of the guys (Stan?) said about Kenny "He dies all the time!"?? I know I've heard the line, and am glad to see Kenny is still there.

But now that the Kenny mystique is somewhat explained, how will they manage to keep this fresh after offering an explanation of sorts??
