Does anyone know a site that i can download a program that can convert from real video(.rm) to VCD format so i can burn my eps onto a cd and watch them on tv with a DVD player.

Usually, it's the other way around: people convert VCD to RM. RM is good for low-quality video, so converting RM to VCD is not a good idea. But the folks at DALnet's #southpark-episodes do make VCDs of the episodes, so you could get some from there.

You can use a program called TINRA to convert from .RM to .AVI, and then you can use Nero to convert and burn the .AVI to VCD. This link should give you all the info you need:
