I agree with what you say about kids, but I do not blame South Park. My little sisters and brother know that Rule #1 is: "Don't use a word if you don't know what it means!" They get in much more trouble for using a word if they don't know what they're saying (and I won't spell it for them to look it up, either =)
Anyway, half of the joke on South Park is the fact that the boys don't know what those words mean! "What's a dildo?" "I don't know and I bet Cartman doesn't either." or "Hey Wendy, what's a ****?" <shrug> Kids use words they don't understand all the time! It's up to their parents (or whoever takes care of them) to stop them. South Park is just making a joke using something that has gone on forever.
I'm not blaming South Park, kids pick that up from anywhere. Besides, I love South Park.

I duno.... I saw in the prevue guide "Springer Break" and I thought, NO.. that would make like lame pop TV critical mass. I turned it on, and sure enough there was Springer holding a fistful of blue cards while a couple of distraught-looking teenagers were sitting up on stage, except this was outdoors in what probably could have been one of the sets of their game shows.
I didn't watch long enough to see whather he instigated a fight up there. I turned to the History Channel and watched World War II until that special about the Prohibition came on.
