Could it be that one that Kyle's mom had an affair with Terrence or Phillip with the end result being little Ike?
As far as I know there are only 3 characters that have a rather oscillating head: Terrence, Phillip, and Ike. Think about.
Now if this is true does this mean Cartman gets to do another song about Kyle's mom?

Maybe that is just what all South Park babies look like, the oscillating head could be what baby fat is to humans. Ike may grow out of it eventually (assuming he ever grows at all).
As far as Terrence and Phillip are concerned, I think they are not "real" South Park characters like Kyle or Chef, but rather "cartoon" characters that only exist on SP television.
Of course I could be completely wrong. Either way, you still made a good observation. I never noticed it before.
Yes you're right, but when there are only 3 characters with the oscillating head one begins to think that there was a little hanky-panky behind the scenes. I guess the only way to find out if either Terrence or Phillip could be Ike's father is if Ike begins to relentlessly fart.
BTW, I'm of the opinion that the little thing following the Mad Scientist could be Cartman's real father.
