Singalong

Am I the only one that wants to get a group of people together who know all the words to the songs in the movie and have a nice big ole' singalong?

Please tell me I am not crazy. :)

I've almost burst into song a coupla times in the last week and a half or so...esp. at work...scary... Imagine me, in the 2 year old room at work trying hard not to sing Uncle Fucka.

My boyfriend and I saw SP last Friday, then went to see "Wild Wild West" on Sunday (hey, it was 100+ degrees and the theatre was air conditioned!) and as we walked in we were singing "Off to the movies we shall go!"

I tried to get him to do the funky walk-thing like they did, but I guess it just doesn't work with leg bones.

No, that'd be pretty funny, dude! But since most people who buy the CD won't get the lyrics on a printed sheet, it's up to the people here to finish the lyrics sheet we've been working on and pass it out. So far I have mine in Works 4.0 with font size 7, 2-column, with the dialogue italicized and the titles in BOLD. Fits on 6 sides.

Now, what the heck is "rainymore" and "wrybell"????

You're NOT crazy. After seeing it the FIRST time, I predicted that it would become a midnight movie cult classic... complete with singalongs and megaphones and plastic swords and baked potato tossing *g*

We've done the singalong thing once so far in Toledo. It kicks ass.

Me and my ex-boyfriend saw SP Wed night and we were the only ones in the whole theater that sang along with "Kyle's Mom is a Bitch".

I'm taking my teenage sons to see it this afternoon, on the condition that they must sing along or they can't go.

So far, it's just been at the rather skanky Franklin Park Cinema on Monroe Street. Would be cool if we could set something up at the great theatres in Maumee...
