Outlander!!!

In 'Cartman's Wacky Molestation Adventure' which did an excellent parody of Mad Max III, there was a bit where Cartman and his mob were walking down the street, yelling out "Outlander!!! Outlander!!! We have your woman, Outlander!!! etc"

Is this a direct reference to a particular film or show, or just in the scheme of the Mad Max/Waterworld vein?

That line is lifted from the movie "Children of the Corn" which was about a group of kids that kill their parents and take over a small Midwestern town.
